Well, I enjoy reading interesting article on newspaper and magazines and lately, my attention got drawn towards a health-related article while I was reading newspaper. It was Sunday and I was sitting in the lawn reading newspaper and I saw this article with title ‘Now or Never’. I could not resist myself from reading it due to its tempting title. It was written by a health expert Mr. Singh and he addressed a common concern that majority suffer these days that is putting up weight. Because of this, people are not only becoming obese but also feel inactive and lethargic. Since, I was a victim of this problem so I decided to read the complete article. The article was containing authentic and factual information. The writer emphasized that problem is growing because of sedentary life style and poor eating habits of people. The best part was that along with discussing the problem, he also suggested some practical and easy solutions too. Dr. Singh, the writer recommended morning walk which is like panacea. Breathing in the fresh air early in the morning and doing yoga can help to stay physically fit and active. Similarly, excessive intake of fast food must be avoided such food is hard to digest and contain too much fat responsible for obesity. I found this information very reasonable and practical and tried to put into practice, now I go for morning walk daily and eat fast food once in a blue moon. Overall, this article was containing a very important piece of information that I later shared with many.
